Mountain Air Dance is proud to offer classes for people from all walks of life; not just dancers or gymnasts. We pride ourselves on excellence, safety and fun!

Schedule is listed below. Winter 2020 students should register for the same class they attended in the Fall unless otherwise notified by the instructor. Please contact Cathy if you have questions about which class you should take. All new students should register for the Intro class.

Students in Lyra & Levels 1+ Silks & Hammock Classes will have the option to perform in the Student Showcase on 5/23. Please let us know if you have any questions!

Lyra (Hoop) Mixed Levels
​This class is open to students with at least one session of Lyra.

Intro to Silks & Hammock  
New Students must take at least 1 session of Intro Aerial.

Level 1 Teen Silks & Hammock
This class is open students ages 10-17yrs who have shown proficiency in the Intro to Aerial class and have instructor permission. 

Picture
This class will introduce basic skills on the aerial hammock and silks.

Students will explore moving upside-down, swinging and spinning. They will develop a strong foundation of core fitness, air awareness and safety as they learn the essence of aerial arts.


Stretch, hang, climb and find fantastically fun tricks in this class. ​

This class is open students who have shown proficiency in the Level 2 silks class and have instructor permission.

Students will continue to build the strength and flexibility necessary for more challenging aerial skills while increasing their vocabulary on all apparatus.
